Job Description

Sales Associate" is a retail salesperson primarily responsible for selling mobile phones, and accessories to customers in a dedicated store, by actively engaging them, understanding their needs, and recommending the most suitable products and services while maintaining excellent customer service and achieving sales targets; they must stay updated on the latest mobile technology and promotions to effectively guide customers through their purchase decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement:

Greet customers warmly, assess their needs, and actively listen to understand their mobile usage patterns and requirements.

Excellent Communication Skills:

Ability to engage customers in conversation, clearly explain product features, and address concerns.

Salesmanship:

Strong persuasive skills, ability to overcome objections, and close deals effectively.

Technical Knowledge:

Understanding of mobile phone technology, network capabilities, and operating systems.

Customer Service Focus:

Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer issues promptly.

Adaptability:

Ability to stay updated with rapidly evolving mobile technology and market

Product Knowledge:

Possess in-depth knowledge of all mobile phone models, plans, features, and accessories offered by the company, including technical specifications and pricing.

Sales Presentations:

Demonstrate product features and benefits, highlighting key selling points to persuade customers to make a purchase.

Upselling and cross-selling:

Actively recommend add-on services, accessories, and upgrades to maximize sales opportunities.

Closing Sales:

Professionally present pricing options, handle objections, and efficiently complete sales transactions.

Customer Relationship Building:

Maintain customer relationships by following up post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Inventory Management:

Monitor stock levels, ensure proper display of merchandise, and report any inventory discrepancies.
