Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our service team. In this role, you will assist customers with inquiries, promote service offerings, and provide exceptional customer care to ensure a positive experience. You will also help resolve any issues or concerns, ensuring clients are satisfied with the service provided.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and engage customers to understand their service needs, ensuring a welcoming environment. Provide detailed information about services offered and guide customers in selecting the right options. Process customer requests, appointments, and transactions accurately. Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person, and resolve issues or complaints efficiently. Ensure customers have a positive experience, maintaining a professional, courteous attitude. Assist in maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the service area. Monitor customer service trends and provide feedback to the management team. Support team members in achieving department and company goals. Educate customers about promotions, special offers, or new services. Process payments and manage customer records. Follow up with clients after service to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (required). Previous experience in customer service or sales (preferred). Strong communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers. Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations effectively. Problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset. Familiarity with service offerings and company policies. Ability to handle customer complaints with patience and professionalism. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings if needed.

Location - Ghansoli

Shift Timing - 7.30 pm to 4.30 am

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?28,000.00 per month
