Sales Associate

About us:

Bsmart Solutions is a" last mile" cold chain solutions provider with production facilities at Vasai.

We specialize in the manufacture of various Gel based formulations for various heat and cold energy applications.

What you'll do:

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Assess customer's needs and provide assistance and information on product features
• Welcome customers to the store and answer their queries
• Follow and achieve the department's sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
• "Go the extra mile" to drive sales
• Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas
• Actively seek out customers in store
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
• Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service
• Build productive trust relationships with customers
• Comply with inventory control procedures
• Suggest ways to improve sales (e.g. planning marketing activities, changing the store's design)

Who you are:

• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
• Proficiency in English
• Working knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements
• A friendly and energetic personality with a customer service focus
• Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field would be a plus, Freshers can apply.
• Possess exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to clearly articulate compelling value propositions of our products.
• Passionate in building lasting customer relationships & partnerships and stellar deal-making abilities.
• Have the mindset to work in a fast-paced environment, navigate ambiguity, and have a strong motivation to make a successful career and grow with the company.

Pay: ?14,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
