Job Overview: As a B2B Sales Executive for the jewellery department, you will be
responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with existing retailers, adding new
customer by promoting our jewellery collections, and driving sales growth. This role offers an
exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to kickstart their career in B2B sales within the
jewellery industry
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
? Client Acquisition: Identify and prospect potential retail clients within the
jewellery industry. Utilize various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns,
and networking events to generate leads and expand the client base.
? Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with existing
and prospective clients. Understand their business needs, preferences, and
buying patterns to tailor offerings and enhance customer satisfaction.
? Product Presentation: Showcase our jewellery collections to clients through
compelling presentations and product demonstrations. Highlight key features,
craftsmanship, and unique selling points to effectively communicate the value
proposition.
? Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements with clients to
secure profitable deals. Utilize persuasive selling techniques to overcome
objections and close sales effectively.
? Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and
market dynamics within the jewellery sector. Conduct market research to identify
opportunities for growth and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
? Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions,
and revenue projections. Prepare regular reports and updates for management to
track performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:
?Post Graduate degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or a related
field.
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
? Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
? Passion for luxury jewellery and understanding of market trends.
? Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
? Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
