• Customer Service:
• Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs.
• Assist customers in locating products.
• Recommend and demonstrate products that best suit customer needs.
• Provide information about product features, pricing, and availability.
• Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and courteously.
• Sales Generation:
• Achieve sales targets and goals set by the store management.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to increase average transaction value.
• Process POS (point of sale) transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Handle cash, credit, and check transactions with integrity.
• Stock Management:
• Ensure shelves are stocked and merchandise is neatly displayed.
• Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as needed.
• Assist in receiving, organizing, and maintaining store inventory.
• Store Maintenance:
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Ensure merchandise displays are visually appealing and comply with company standards.
• Perform opening and closing duties as required.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Follow up on customer inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Handle returns and exchanges professionally.
