Inbound Sales Enquiries: Handle inbound sales enquiries from various lead sources, providing prompt and professional responses.
Lead Generation: Generate new sales leads and manage outbound cold sales calls to potential customers.
Field Sales: Network with hospitals and doctors, meeting clients in person as required to build and maintain strong relationships.
Product Demos: Schedule and conduct product demonstrations for potential buyers, effectively presenting solutions as a consultant. Product training will be provided.
Quotation & Negotiation: Send price quotes, negotiate with end customers to close deals favorably, ensuring maximum lead conversions and revenue generation.
Sales Targets: Ensure weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets are met or exceeded.
Sales Meetings: Participate in weekly and monthly sales meetings, sharing constructive strategies for improving sales performance.
Sales Pipeline: Maintain and update the sales pipeline on CRM regularly, ensuring accurate tracking of all sales activities.
Customer Requirements: Listen attentively, understand, and document customer requirements and issues on CRM.
Coordination: Work closely with the technical support and development teams to provide prompt and knowledgeable solutions to customer issues.
Skills Required:
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with fluency in Hindi and Tamil.
Customer Interaction: Previous experience in customer-facing roles is an advantage, but we welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds.
Sales Experience: Proven sales experience with a track record of achieving targets and building strong customer relationships.
Negotiation: Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Results-Oriented: Focused on driving sales growth and revenue generation.
Confidence & Resilience: Self-motivated, confident, and resilient individuals who thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
Qualifications:
Educational Background: 10th and 12th (preferably Science or Maths) with scores above 80%.
Degree: Graduates/professionals from any field (B.A., B.Sc., etc.).
