Key Responsibilities

• Sales and Lead Generation: Proactively identify new business opportunities, including corporate clients, travel agents, and event planners, through research and outreach.
• Client Engagement: Handle inbound inquiries, provide detailed information about our properties, and guide clients through the booking process.
• Relationship Building: Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Sales Presentations: Conduct property tours, sales presentations, and meetings with potential clients, showcasing our offerings and benefits.
• Follow-up and Conversion: Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert them into confirmed bookings. Ensure timely and effective follow-up to drive sales results.
• CRM Management: Maintain and update customer information in our CRM system, tracking interactions and sales progress.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and reservations teams to ensure that sales efforts align with overall company goals and promotional campaigns.
• Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to tailor sales approaches and strategies.

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Strong Communication: Excellent spoken and written English with the ability to engage clients in professional, courteous, and persuasive conversations.
• Sales Expertise: Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets, handle objections, and close deals effectively.
• Customer-Centric: Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and relationship building.
• Follow-Up Proficiency: Ability to manage and prioritize multiple client relationships, ensuring timely follow-ups and a high conversion rate.
• Hospitality Knowledge: Familiarity with the hospitality industry, including hotel and resort operations, is a plus.
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or customer service, ideally within the hospitality or travel industry.
• Prior experience in a sales or customer-facing role is preferred, but not mandatory.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is a must. Additional languages are a plus.
