Job Summary:
We seek a dynamic and enthusiastic English & Hindi speaking individual to join our Ed Tech team. The primary responsibility of this role is to engage with prospective students and their parents over the phone, providing information about our educational programs of the college, answering queries, and guiding them through the admissions process when required. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a passion for helping students achieve their educational goals.
Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents who have expressed interest in our educational programs.
• Introduce prospective students to our institution's academic offerings, admission requirements, and campus facilities.
• Provide detailed information about course curriculum, faculty profiles, extracurricular activities, and other relevant aspects of student life.
• Address inquiries and concerns raised by prospective students and parents, offering clear and accurate responses to ensure a positive experience.
• Guide prospective students through the admissions process, including filling out application forms, submitting required documents, and scheduling admission tests or interviews.
• Follow up with prospective students who have shown interest but have not yet completed the application process, providing additional assistance and encouragement as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of all communication with prospective students and parents in the system.
• Collaborate with admissions counselors and other team members to achieve enrollment targets and meet deadlines.
• Stay updated on changes to admission policies, program offerings, and scholarship opportunities to effectively communicate relevant information to prospective students.
• Participate in training sessions and professional development activities to enhance job knowledge and skills.
Requirements:
• Fresher or experienced
• Any High School/Diploma or Degree
• Excellent English & Hindi verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate information clearly and persuasively.
• Empathetic and patient demeanor, with a genuine interest in assisting students and parents with their inquiries and concerns.
• Strong interpersonal skills, including active listening and rapport-building abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach to achieving goals.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
• Any Diploma/ degree in education, communication, or a related field is preferred.
• Fluency in multiple languages, especially English & Hindi and any local languages, is a plus.
• Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends to accommodate prospective students' schedules.
