Job Title: Sales Associate (Cold Calling)

?8,000 (Fixed) + Lucrative Commission (?25,000+ on Meeting Targets)

Experience:

Minimum 6 months - 1 year in Sales

Proficiency in Hindi & English

Key Responsibilities:

? Make

high-volume outbound cold calls

daily to potential clients.

? Pitch and promote our

products/services

effectively.

? Convert leads into sales and meet/exceed

daily and monthly targets

.

? Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions.

? Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

? Handle objections and negotiate to close deals.

? Work independently while also collaborating with the team.
