In this role, you will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, building strong client relationships, and managing the end-to-end sales process. Key Responsibilities:
• Upselling new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-ups and outbound cold calls/emails.
• Managing and updating sales leads on CRM.
• Collaborating with channel partners to build a robust sales pipeline and close deals.
• Conducting effective online demos to showcase products/services to potential clients.
• Providing holistic solutions to clients while maintaining strong relationships.
• Handling client queries and concerns empathetically.
• Managing the entire sales process, including invoicing, collections, and upselling.
Requirements:
• Graduation (Bachelor's degree).
• Freshers or candidates with 0-5 years of experience in calling or sales.
• Excellent communication and convincing skills.
• A proactive and result-oriented mindset.
