Job Summary:

The Sales Associate will focus on generating leads and closing sales for internet leased line and broadband services by visiting customer offices and building strong client relationships. The role involves understanding customer needs, recommending suitable solutions, and driving business growth in assigned territories. This is a field-intensive role requiring excellent communication, negotiation, and time management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation and Customer Acquisition:
• Identify and approach potential customers in assigned areas through field visits.
• Develop a pipeline of leads by networking, referrals, cold calling, and on-ground activities.
• Present and explain internet leased line and broadband solutions tailored to customers' needs.
• Client Meetings and Sales Presentations:
• Schedule and conduct meetings with decision-makers at customer offices.
• Clearly articulate the benefits of leased line services for businesses, such as reliability, speed, and dedicated bandwidth.
• Address client queries and concerns to build trust and confidence.
• Sales Closure:
• Negotiate terms and close deals in alignment with company pricing and policies.
• Ensure timely execution of agreements and collection of necessary documentation.
• Coordinate with the installation and technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Act as a point of contact for post-sale inquiries or support escalations.
• Market Research and Competitor Analysis:
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay informed about competitors' services and pricing.
• Share insights with the management team to improve offerings and strategies.
• Target Achievement and Reporting:
• Meet or exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
• Submit regular progress reports and customer feedback to the sales manager.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in field sales, preferably in internet leased line or broadband services.
• Strong understanding of internet technologies and business connectivity solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently to achieve sales goals.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic office applications.
• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned areas.
• A valid driver's license and access to personal transportation (preferred).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related fields.
• Experience in B2B sales or selling enterprise-level connectivity solutions.
• Familiarity with leased line setups, broadband technology, and telecom products.

Working Conditions:

• Field-based role requiring visits to client locations.
• Flexible working hours, including evenings or weekends, to accommodate client schedules.

Salary: Competitive base salary with high-performance incentives and commissions.

Pay: ?11,577.04 - ?40,076.75 per month
