Roles & Responsibility:
Maintain knowledge of all vendor products, pricing, options, finishes, details
Provide knowledge of merchandise to customers, explaining complex features and differences between merchandise and providing purchasing advice to customers
Assist in the safe maintenance, appearance, merchandising and pricing of store to company and District standards
Serves customers by selling products
SALES Cross selling products and knowing layout of the store
Provide superior customer service and support to designers and end
Meet or exceed monthly quarterly and annual sales
Provide superior customer service and support to designers
Maintain updated customer information including contact data special
Enter new clients on customer card, collect Resale form to turn into corporate
Must Have Same Industrial Experience and who has Builders and contact in Purchase Department.
Field & Marketing work in Furniture industry to build Client.

Requirements and skills:
Process POS and return transactions, applying sales techniques to encourage customers to enroll in the company customer loyalty program.
Assist customers with questions and concerns with merchandise, handling POS transactions and returns.
Update daily records of sales orders and maintain familiarity with dealership fleets including staying update regarding competitor products and offerings.
