Business Overview:

Bhaarat Wealth Group (part of Oculture) is born to create supernormal returns for investors by acquiring land assets in emerging and growing areas. We are pioneers in conceptualizing a scientific way of investing in land parcels that allow our investors to achieve approximately 3X returns within 18 months. We do this by establishing demand-supply intelligence through tender movements, master plan insights, and live sale purchase transactions. We started building investment portfolios in Ayodhya and are now launching offerings in other parts of the country, starting with Sohna. India is positioned for a significant surge in land transactions, and the mission of BWG is to create monopolies in investment portfolios across multiple regions, offering interns a once-in-a-lifetime chance to accelerate their careers and earn good incentives from month one.

Requirement - About the Role:

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about working in the real estate sector under mentorship in a corporate environment. As a part of the opportunity, the requirement is to create relationships with investment consultants and broker firms in a specific location, with the objective of marketing our investment portfolio and creating demand. Day-to-day activities will revolve around onboarding and engaging channel partners through face-to-face meetings and social media. The role may require field work and will also involve using digital marketing mediums to establish relationships with investors, influencers, and partners.

Compensation: 60,000 Per Month (20,000 Fixed, 40,000 Variable).

What We Are Looking For:

• Excellent oral communication skills; language is not a barrier.
• Minimum experience of 6 months in sales/business development/raising sponsorships.
• A go-getter with a zeal to work in the field and create strong networks.
• Current area of residence - Delhi/NCR.
• This is a work-from-home opportunity, but associates will be required to come to our Gurgaon office 1-2 times a week.
• Probation Period: 6 months
