About Responsibilities/ Duties: -

? Collaborate with the business development team to refine the sales strategy.

? Counseling students on their career progression and upskilling required.

? Work on crafting the sales pitch and converting the warmer leads.

? Deep dive into AccioJob programs and pitch it to our registered users.

? Interact with students to provide guidance, mentorship, counseling and learning roadmap.

? Craft, negotiate and finalize deals with students.

? Go the extra mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.

Ideal Candidate: -

? Excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills (English +

Tamil/Kannada/Telugu)

? Strong networker & relationship builder, with good and tactful negotiation skills.

? Strong attention to detail and delivering work that is of a high standard.

? Quick learner and someone who has high work ownership.

? Student centric mindset and willingness to take extra steps to achieve desired outcomes.

? Optimistic, resilient, and open to new ideas and ways of working

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?500,000.00 - ?800,000.00 per year
