  • Direct Student Engagement: Call and engage with leads, including students and working professionals, who aspire to study abroad for their undergraduate, graduate, or PhD programs.
  • Drive Maximum Conversion : Ensure student enrollment into counselling service which is considered as successful conversion
  • Maintain Strong Follow-Ups: Conduct regular follow-up calls with leads, ensuring excellent lead utilization and connectivity.
  • Collaborate Across Departments: Build strong, cross-discipline relationships within the organization to ensure effective closure of leads.
What You Will Need
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years in business development, sales, or a similar role in overseas admission domain
  • Prior Knowledge: Understanding of foreign admissions and universities is highly beneficial.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal (English) communication and active listening skills.
  • Passion for Education: A keen interest in education and innovation, with an aptitude for sales.
  • Ability to Thrive Under Pressure: Detail-oriented with the ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment.
