Job Title: Sales Executive Experience: Minimum 6 months to maximum 2 years Qualification: Graduate : - Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media. - Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their needs and concerns. - Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services. - Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections. - Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.s - Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams. - Maintain records of sales, revenue, and other relevant data. - Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans. Skills Required: - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - Strong negotiation and persuasion skills. - Ability to build rapport with clients. - Goal-oriented and self-motivated. - Good time management and organizational skills. - Proficiency in MS Office. - Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment. Real Estate Experience Mandatory .
