Rajasthan Marble (Affiliated to Arun Tiles Square group) is premium natural stone outlet located in Vizianagaram established in 1998. Currently the outlet deals in Granites, Marble and Elevation Stone categories

About the role

Individual under this role will be responsible from welcoming to selling granite/other stone products to potential customers. Role includes phone call follow-ups, in-store selling, inventory management assistance and product merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
• Help customers select products, answers queries, and share product knowledge.
• Creates or updates customer profile records.
• Processes purchases and returns.
• Alert management of potential security issues.
• Assist logistics team with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
• Assist in store opening and closing process.
• Any data entry related to capturing sales information.

Education Qualification

Shall hold a Bachelors degree in any field.

Work Experience

Freshers can apply for this job. Individuals with relevant work experience (if applicable) will be preferred.

Work Hours

• Wednesday to Monday - 9:00 AM - 8:30 PM
• Tuesday - Holiday
