Role Overview
The ideal candidate will be passionate about XR technology and possess strong communication and sales skills. As a Trainee Sales Associate, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and promoting our cutting-edge XR solutions.
Key Responsibilities
? Actively prospect and generate new leads through research, networking, and outreach efforts.
? Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase our XR products and services to potential clients.
? Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
? Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve revenue targets.
? Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the XR market.
? Prepare sales reports and forecasts, tracking key metrics to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
Required Qualifications
a. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
b. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the technology or software industry.
c. Strong understanding of XR technology and its applications is a plus.
d. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
e. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
f. Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets.
