Job Title: Business Development Associate

Location: Delhi / Mumbai

Job Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities:

> Identify and analyze potential markets and opportunities for growth.

> Establish and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.

> Develop strategies for acquiring new clients and expanding existing accounts.

> Collaborate with the sales team to create effective sales strategies and tactics.

> Prepare and present proposals and pitches to potential clients.

> Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.

>Work with marketing and product development teams to align offerings with market needs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related area.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
