Analysing the Sales Data and making packages and products to sell to the customers
Looking at qualifying leads and showing salesmanship to enhance margins.
Achieving and Exceeding Monthly Sales Targets
Make the startups aware about how the space can be a saviour in helping them kick off with their business model by speaking of the feature, health and hygiene, networking events taking place
Providing the prompt responses to all customers
Optimizing and Managing the Sales Funnel
Promoting the Coworking Plans, Business Support Services and Bespoke Offerings.
Skills and Qualifications
Minimum of Bachelor\'s Degree in Business Administration
Experience of Commercial Real Estate Sales
Experience with CRM Software
Proficiency in MS Office
Excellent Written and Verbal English Communication Skills
Ability to deliver results
A go-getter attitude driving sales for the organisation.
Strong Time Management and Organizational Skills
Ability to identify opportunities for sales.
