Position Overview
Fabriclore is seeking motivated and enthusiastic sales professionals to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion and textiles with strong interest in consultative sales. This role is suitable for freshers or upto 2 years of experience with a background in fashion or textiles. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for promoting Fabriclore's customized fabric solution for fashion businesses, assisting both walk-in customers in the Experience Studio, and inbound inquiries via messages and calls.
Key Responsibilities:
80% Office-based role with occasional travel to meet owners of fashion brands and attend fashion and textile events or exhibitions.
• Sales and Business Development:
• Assist in identifying and targeting potential fashion brands.
• Development and implementation of creative sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
• Visit clothing and textile exhibitions, interact with exhibitors and pitch them Fabriclore's solution.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client queries and concerns.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through effective communication and follow-ups.
• Brand and Product Promotion:
• Organize workshops and events in and outside of the office premise to spread brand and product awareness, with the marketing communications team.
• Work with key suppliers to exhibit the product range to potential customers.
• Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events as needed.

• Handling Walk-In Customers:
• Welcome and assist walk-in customers with their inquiries and needs.
• Provide guided tours of our in-house Experience Studio, showcasing various textile products and their uses.
• Create an engaging and informative experience for customers visiting the studio.
• Offer personalized recommendations based on customer preferences and requirements.
• Sales Reporting:
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports as required.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Textiles, Fashion, or a related field.
• Experience: Freshers with a textile background are welcome to apply.
• Salary: Up to 3 LPA (inclusive of PF)
• Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Enthusiasm for sales and customer service.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is desirable.
