We are seeking an energetic and motivated Domestic Sales Executive to drive and increase sales across India. The ideal candidate will focus on engaging OEMs, architects, contractors, distributors, and existing customers in the hardware industry, using both traditional channels and using online platforms like Indiamart. A strong passion for sales and a deep understanding of the hardware sector will be key to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to boost domestic sales across India.
Identify and engage with OEMs, distributors, and existing customers to expand market share.
Utilize platforms like Indiamart to source leads and generate new business.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales approaches.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
Represent the company at industry events and exhibitions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales, preferably within the hardware or construction industry.
Familiarity with OEM and distributor sales channels.
Practical knowledge of using Indiamart or similar B2B online platforms.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
High energy, self-motivation, and a target-driven mindset.
Willingness to travel extensively across India.
