Job Overview:

The Senior Sales Executive in the Real Estate industry is responsible for driving sales growth by building strong relationships with clients, identifying new real estate opportunities, and managing the sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals. This role requires a deep understanding of the real estate market, property sales processes, and the ability to negotiate and execute large-scale transactions. The Senior Sales Executive will mentor junior staff and contribute to the strategic direction of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Strategy & Market Research:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet company revenue goals in the real estate market.
• Conduct market research to identify new property development opportunities and emerging trends.
• Analyze local property market conditions to determine competitive pricing and sales strategies.
• Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
• Identify potential clients, including individual buyers, investors, and corporate clients, through networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives.
• Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients, offering personalized real estate solutions based on their needs and investment goals.
• Present and demonstrate properties to prospective clients, highlighting key features and investment potential.
• Property Sales & Deal Closing:
• Lead property tours, virtual presentations, and negotiations with buyers, ensuring all sales agreements comply with regulatory requirements.
• Guide clients through the purchasing process, including financing options, legal procedures, and documentation.
• Achieve or exceed sales targets by converting leads into successful transactions.
• Team Leadership & Mentorship:
• Provide guidance and support to junior sales team members, helping them enhance their sales techniques and performance.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align promotional activities with sales efforts, including property listings, social media, and advertising campaigns.
• Market Reporting & Performance Analysis:
• Monitor and report on sales performance, client feedback, and market trends, delivering insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Use CRM systems to track leads, client interactions, and property listings, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
• Customer Service & Post-Sales Support:
• Address client inquiries and concerns, offering expert advice on property investment, local regulations, and market conditions.
• Provide post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term relationships, including handling disputes or legal concerns if they arise.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree.
• 2-3 years of experience in real estate sales, with a proven track record of closing large-scale deals.
• In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market, property laws, and financial options for buyers.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and deal-closing skills.
• Experience with property management software and CRM tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, competitive environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
