Responsibilities:
a) Dental Clinic Visits: Conduct regular visits to dental clinics to establish and maintain relationships with dentists and their staff. Present and promote the company's dental materials, including composites, bonding agents, core build-up materials, resin cements, and glass ionomer cements.
b) Product Promotion and Demonstration: Highlight the unique features and benefits of our products to dentists and dental staff. Conduct impactful product demonstrations and provide technical information as needed.
c) Customer Engagement: Engage with customers both in-person and remotely to provide product information and support. Address customer queries and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction. Organise table clinics in the key accounts/clusters as a part of continuous scientific information dissemination.
d) Reporting: Using the Salesforce platform, report and record sales activities and customer interactions. Plan periodic market visits based on the insights received from the respective dashboards and reports.
e) Channel Optimisations: Work closely with the distributors and channel partners to ensure optimal end user reach with the prompt service standards. Manage the inventory in the channel based on the secondary outflow in the market.
