Join our team at The Kadiwa Studio, where we\'re looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to drive client engagement and business growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement : Nurture and convert leads into delighted clients using effective communication and relationship-building strategies.
- Consultative Approach: Employ a consultative sales approach to understand clients\' needs, tailor design solutions, and demonstrate the value of The Kadiwa Studio\'s services.
- Education and Advocacy: Educate clients on our service offerings and articulate how our designs can enhance their living or working environments.
- Follow-Up and Relationship Management: Follow up with leads promptly, address inquiries, and cultivate trust and rapport throughout the sales process.
- Record Keeping and Collaboration: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, collaborate closely with the marketing team to optimize lead generation efforts, and contribute to refining the lead conversion process.
- Performance Goals: Meet or exceed conversion targets to drive the studio\'s growth and success.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Interior Design or a related field.
- Proven track record in interior design, with experience in a sales-oriented role preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Knowledge of current design trends and industry standards.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with exceptional attention to detail.
