Client Engagement : Nurture and convert leads into delighted clients using effective communication and relationship-building strategies.
Consultative Approach: Employ a consultative sales approach to understand clients\' needs, tailor design solutions, and demonstrate the value of The Kadiwa Studio's services.
Education and Advocacy: Educate clients on our service offerings and articulate how our designs can enhance their living or working environments.
Follow-Up and Relationship Management: Follow up with leads promptly, address inquiries, and cultivate trust and rapport throughout the sales process.
Record Keeping and Collaboration: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, collaborate closely with the marketing team to optimize lead generation efforts, and contribute to refining the lead conversion process.
Performance Goals: Meet or exceed conversion targets to drive the studio's growth and success.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Interior Design or a related field.
Proven track record in interior design, with experience in a sales-oriented role preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients.
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Knowledge of current design trends and industry standards.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with exceptional attention to detail.
