: Sales Executive (Field Sales)

Job Role:
We are seeking enthusiastic and dynamic Sales Executives to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for young professionals eager to kickstart their careers in sales and marketing. The role involves field sales , working closely with clients to promote and sell our products, including paper packaging, exercise notebooks, and other stationery supplies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Acquisition: Identify and engage potential customers, including schools, colleges, businesses, and retailers, within assigned territories.
• Product Presentation: Present and demonstrate product offerings to clients, highlighting key features and benefits.
• Sales Management: Manage and grow sales pipelines by building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Market Research: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine sales strategies.
• Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets to earn attractive performance-based incentives.
• Reporting: Provide regular sales updates and reports to the sales manager.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce , Marketing , or a related field (preferred).
• Fresh graduates or candidates with less than 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, energetic, and willing to travel extensively for field sales.
• Proficiency in using basic computer tools for reporting and presentations.
