Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Lead Generation:
• Identify and generate leads through market research, networking, and cold calling.
• Present and promote company products to prospective customers and clients.
• Client Engagement:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Respond to client inquiries and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
• Sales Strategy Implementation:
• Support the execution of sales plans to achieve individual and team targets.
• Collaborate with the sales team to brainstorm and implement innovative selling techniques.
• Reporting & Analysis:
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline updates.
• Provide regular feedback and insights on customer preferences and market trends.
• Continuous Learning:
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and new product offerings.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

Qualifications:

• Experience:
• 6 months to 1 year in a sales or customer-facing role (experience in B2B or B2C sales is a plus).
• Freshers with strong interpersonal skills and a good understanding of sales principles are encouraged to apply.
• Skills:
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proactive attitude with the ability to handle objections and close deals.
• Basic understanding of sales tools, CRM software, and MS Office.
• Enthusiasm for building relationships and meeting targets.
• Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field.
