??Meet and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the overall sales goals of the company.
??Implement direct marketing strategies to generate leads and increase brand awareness, including email marketing, direct mail, and promotional events.
??Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns that target specific customer segments and promote our offerings.
??Utilize social media and digital platforms to engage with potential clients and drive traffic to our website.
??Build and nurture relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
??Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
??Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve service offerings and address any concerns.
??Plan and participate in promotional events, trade shows, and exhibitions to showcase our tourism products and generate leads.
??Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the smooth execution of events and maximize their impact. ??
