Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Sales Staff member with strong computer knowledge to join our team. The Sales Staff will be responsible for assisting customers, promoting products/services, and utilizing computer skills to enhance the sales process and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner.
• Understand customer needs and recommend products or services that best fit their requirements.
• Use computer systems and software to process sales transactions efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including product displays and signage.
• Provide product knowledge and information to customers to help them make informed purchasing decisions.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and goals set by the management.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and cohesive work environment.
• Utilize computer skills to generate sales reports, update customer profiles, and track inventory levels.
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies.

Qualifications and Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in retail sales or a customer service role.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and point-of-sale systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Sales-driven mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
• Basic understanding of sales principles and techniques.
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?13,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
