Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team. The Sales Assistant will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting with sales processes, maintaining store appearance, and supporting the sales team in achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service:
• Greet customers and provide a welcoming atmosphere.
• Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.
• Sales Support:
• Assist in achieving store sales targets and personal sales goals.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to customers.
• Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
• Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with store policy.
• Product Knowledge:
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the products and services offered.
• Provide customers with detailed information about product features and benefits.
• Stay informed about current promotions and special offers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
