This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive . As a Sales Executive, your day-to-day tasks will involve providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering excellent customer service. Your main task is to make calls to the customers for order confirmation, for changing details if required by customers.
Qualifications
• Experience (2-3 Years)
• Good/Average English communication skill
• Good computer knowledge
• Customer Support and Customer Service skills
• Ability to deliver excellent customer service
• Good problem-solving and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
• Make calls to customers to confirm orders/answer queries as required
• Managing calls, messages & emails and customer service inquiries
• Protecting brand image and reputation in the market.
• Provide real-time support
• Escalating to relevant team(s) internally and/or externally
• Good communication (verbal & written)
• Proficiency with MS Office particularly MS Excel
• Customer-centric attitude
• Qualification : Any Graduate can apply
