Job Overview:

As a Sales Executive at Hoora Technologies, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and building strong relationships with potential clients. This is a commission-based role, which provides you with the opportunity to earn based on your performance and ability to close deals. Your primary goal will be to increase sales, meet targets, and drive revenue growth for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify potential clients and generate leads through research, cold calling, networking, and leveraging online platforms like LinkedIn, industry events, etc.
• Sales Pitch & Presentations: Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations tailored to the needs of potential clients, showcasing the benefits of our products and services.
• Client Meetings: Schedule and conduct meetings (in-person or virtually) with prospects, build strong relationships, and understand their requirements and pain points.
• Negotiation & Closing Sales: Lead negotiations, handle objections, and close deals while ensuring client satisfaction and long-term relationships.
• Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to ensure smooth onboarding and successful implementation of solutions.
• CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions in the CRM system.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT or technology-related services. Experience in SaaS or software solutions sales is a plus.
• Education: A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Sales Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills with a proven ability to close deals.
• Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, be proactive, and manage time effectively to achieve sales goals.
• Customer-Centric Approach: Excellent relationship-building skills with a focus on understanding client needs and delivering value.
• Tech-Savvy: Basic understanding of technology products and services; ability to quickly learn about new solutions and effectively communicate their value proposition.
• Goal-Oriented: A drive to meet and exceed targets, with a passion for sales and results-driven success.
• Tools: Proficiency in using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), MS Office Suite, and sales automation tools.

Compensation:

This is a commission-based position, and compensation will be directly tied to sales performance. There is no cap on earnings--top performers have the opportunity to earn competitive commissions based on revenue generated.
