Sales Assistant
Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting with sales transactions, and contributing to the overall success of our store.
• Greet customers warmly and professionally.
• Provide product information and answer customer inquiries.
• Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor.
• Assist with inventory management, including stocking shelves and conducting inventory counts.
• Participate in promotional activities and events.
• Help with marketing campaigns and social media initiatives.
• Assist with administrative duties, such as data entry and report generation.
• Handle returns and exchanges.

Pay: ?13,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
