Follow-ups:
Regularly follow up with interested clients to close deals and maintain relationships.
Customer Interaction:
Handle queries, provide information, and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
Database Management:
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.
Target Achievement:
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
Feedback Collection:
Gather feedback from customers to improve services.
Coordination:
Work with the sales and marketing team to align communication strategies.
Requirements:
Minimum
Bachelor's degree
in any field.
0-2 years
of experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service (Freshers can apply).
Good communication skills in
English, Hindi, and Marathi
(or local language).
Strong
persuasion and negotiation skills
.
Basic knowledge of MS Office is a plus.
Positive attitude
and ability to handle rejection professionally.
