We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Sales Assistant to join our team. The Sales Assistant will support the sales team in achieving sales targets, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring smooth operations within the sales department.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist customers in finding products that meet their needs and provide product information.

- Support the sales team in achieving sales targets and objectives.

- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and efficiently.

- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.

- Maintain an organized and presentable sales floor.

- Assist in stock management, including inventory checks and replenishment.

- Participate in sales events and promotions to boost sales.

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features and benefits.

- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall business goals.

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or marketing is a plus.

- Proven experience in a sales or customer service role.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and sales software.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

- Positive attitude and a team player mentality.

- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
