Job Responsibilities:
- Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities via cold calling, networking, and other relevant channels.
- Conduct market research to understand potential clients' needs, preferences, and market trends.
- Arrange meetings with prospective clients to discuss their requirements and challenges.
- Understand and address client needs, customizing product presentations to align with their expectations.
- Deliver engaging presentations on products and services, emphasizing their features, benefits, and value propositions.
- Clearly articulate the unique selling points of the company's offerings.
- Prepare and present periodic reports on sales data, customer feedback, and market trends.
- Utilize data insights to refine sales strategies and enhance performance.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to promote products and services.
- Generate quality leads through active engagement with event attendees.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to achieve win-win agreements.
- Ensure smooth deal closure, maintaining client satisfaction.
- Share insights, strategies, and best practices with team members to collectively achieve sales targets.
- Support colleagues in their sales efforts and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Use CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to manage client interactions, monitor sales activities, and maintain accurate records.
- Gather and analyze feedback from customers to enhance product offerings and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement product and service improvements based on customer inputs.
•Job Specifications •
- •Educational Qualification: Degree/Diploma from CIPET or MBA in Marketing preferred.
- •Experience: 3-6 years in sales and marketing.
- Strong analytical and sales abilities to interpret market data and trends.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
