Sales Assistant
Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through exceptional service.
• Demonstrate strong work ethic and effective time management.
• Maintain store etiquette, cleanliness, and punctuality.
• Develop and organize promotional materials and in-store displays.
• Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOP) and store guidelines.
• Keep accurate records of sales, stock, and customer interactions.
• Work proactively toward achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
Key Tasks:
• Engage and invite customers to the store.
• Demonstrate and showcase products effectively, supporting customers in selecting the right fragrance.
• Conduct regular stock audits to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Complete daily sales reporting (DSR) and store closing procedures.
• Validate and accurately receive new stock.
• Professionally handle and resolve customer complaints.
Sales experience required
+2/ Graduate
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?13,000.00 - ?16,000.00 per month

Education:
• Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Required)
Experience:
• Retail sales: 1 year (Preferred)
• Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
