We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Sales Executive to join our sales team. As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
1. Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and lead generation activities.
2. Building Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
3. Sales Presentations and Proposals: Deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to clients, highlighting the value and benefits of our products/services.
4. Negotiation and Closing Deals: Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring that sales targets are met or exceeded.
5. Account Management: Manage and grow existing client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
6. Market Research and Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs, providing insights to inform sales strategies.
7. Sales Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular sales reports and analysis to management, highlighting progress, challenges, and areas for improvement.
Requirements
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Experience: 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in a similar industry.
3. Skills:
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
