The Sales Assistant will assist with all aspects of sales support including but not limited to; customer sales, quoting, customer and some vender relation management. They will be engaging with coordination between other departments within the company as well as venders, and customers to meet the companys goals and objective. Responsibilities:
Prepare sale proposals on the computer each day
Review quotation orders and resolve order acceptance issues
Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors and correcting any incompatibilities
File and retrieve sales records and correspondence as required
Enter customer shipping orders
Manager customer ship dates
Enter Customer Quotes and Vendor Quotes
Customer Service for the LTA management.
Will be able to handle international products
Manages multiple and changing priorities daily
Takes responsibility for own work and provides support to others
Schedule appointment and office meetings as assigned
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
1-3 years of Sales experience in the Aerospace Industry
High school diploma or GED Certification
Experience with Quantum is helpful
Additional computer training or certification will be an asset
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Intermediate Excel skills
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects
Demonstrate strong customer service attitude and demeanor
Solid communication skills, verbal and written
Requires repeating the same physical activities or mental activities over and over
Organized and has efficient time management skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work interdepartmentally
Demonstrate strong customer service attitude and demeanor
