We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with travel agents and B2C leads. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by closing deals and promoting our travel services.
Responsibilities:
• Prospecting and Lead Generation:
• Identify potential travel agents and B2C leads through research, referrals, and networking.
• Cold call and email prospects to introduce our services and establish initial contact.
• Meetings and Presentations:
• Schedule face-to-face meetings with travel agents and potential clients.
• Conduct engaging presentations to showcase our travel offerings, emphasizing unique selling points.
• Address questions, objections, and concerns effectively.
• Relationship Building:
• Cultivate strong relationships with travel agents, understanding their needs and preferences.
• Provide personalized solutions based on client requirements.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and build connections.
• Negotiation and Deal Closure:
• Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with travel agents and clients.
• Close deals by demonstrating the value of our services.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Market Research:
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics.
• Adapt sales strategies based on market insights.
• CRM Management:
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, and sales in the CRM system.
• Follow up with leads and track progress.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Sales Executive in the travel/Hotel industry (minimum 2 years).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
• Familiarity with travel products, destinations, and services.
• Proficiency in using CRM software.
• Willingness to travel for meetings and industry events.
