Job Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to inform them about available properties and upcoming projects.
• Follow up with leads generated from marketing campaigns and previous inquiries.
• Provide detailed information about the properties, including location, pricing, and features.
• Address any questions or concerns clients may have about the properties.
• Schedule appointments for site visits and property viewings.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in telecalling or customer service, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and pleasant phone manner.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Good organizational skills to manage multiple leads and follow-up actions.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated to achieve targets.
