Greeting and assisting customers with product inquiries. Offering advice on products, features, and promotions. Staying informed about the products or services offered. Understanding product features, specifications, and pricing. Providing recommendations based on customer needs and preferences. Assisting customers with the purchasing process, including completing transactions. Assisting with inventory checks, stock replenishment, and organizing product displays. Arranging displays, signs, and promotional materials. Ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner. Assisting in tracking sales and updating sales records. Reporting on sales trends, customer preferences, and inventory movements. Promoting current sales and offers. Supporting other sales staff and helping with tasks as needed. Communicating effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth operations. Attending team meetings to stay updated on Sales promotions, and goals.
