Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Engage clients to understand project needs and offer tailored architectural solutions.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to generate leads and close deals.
• Present proposals, negotiate contracts, and finalize agreements.
• Collaborate with design teams to prepare models, plans, and presentations.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and industry stakeholders.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and client feedback.

Skills Required:

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Fluent English with good communication.
• Knowledge of architecture, building materials, and construction processes.
• Sales experience and familiarity with CRM tools.
• Problem-solving mindset and target-driven approach.

Key Metrics:

• Sales revenue, client acquisition, and retention rates.
• Client satisfaction and project success outcomes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
