Qualifications Required


Education:


• B.E./B Tech in Computer Science or related technical streams.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.

Skills


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Customer-focused with a passion for delivering high-quality support.

Requirements


• At least 2 years of professional experience in a sales and support capacity.
• Demonstrated success in sales, including lead generation and closing deals.
• Experience in providing technical support and resolving customer issues.
• Strong understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Areas of Responsibility

• Conduct outbound sales activities, including lead generation and follow-ups.
• Present and demonstrate the software to prospective clients.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Provide first-line support to customers, addressing inquiries and technical issues.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and issues.
