Qualifications Required
Education:
• B.E./B Tech in Computer Science or related technical streams.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
Skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Customer-focused with a passion for delivering high-quality support.
Requirements
• At least 2 years of professional experience in a sales and support capacity.
• Demonstrated success in sales, including lead generation and closing deals.
• Experience in providing technical support and resolving customer issues.
• Strong understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
