Key Responsibilities:
Sales:

Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints regarding kitchen products.

Offer expert advice on care, maintenance, and usage of kitchen products.
Follow up with customers after sales and service to ensure complete satisfaction.
Technical Support:
Collaborate with technicians for product installations and repairs when necessary.
Assist in diagnosing issues and provide solutions related to kitchen appliances and systems.
Ensure that products are properly installed, functioning, and meeting customer expectations.
Inventory and Product Knowledge:
Keep up-to-date with the latest kitchen trends, products, and technologies.
Maintain accurate records of sales, service requests, and customer interactions.
Manage stock levels and coordinate with suppliers for product availability.
Ensure products are correctly displayed and promoted within the store or showroom.
Collaboration:

Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the kitchen or home improvement industry.
