We are looking for a Service Engineer in Bengaluru having good exposure on periodic maintenance and repairs of medical devices especially for Derma/skin clinics.

SERVICE ENGGINEER- MEDICAL DEVICES/ AESTHETIC LASER/DERMATOLOGY

We are searching for a detail-orientated, deadline-driven service engineer to join our growing company. The service engineer's responsibilities include trouble shooting ,repairing faults, servicing equipment, creating preventative maintenance strategies, and updating user manuals.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Promptly following up on service requests and providing customer feedback.

• Conducting quality assurance and safety checks on all equipment including demo devices

• Delivering demonstrations to ensure that customers are educated on safe and effective

equipment use.

• Monitoring inventory and reordering materials when needed.

• Responsible for maintaining demo units

JOB SKILLS/QUALIFICATION

• A bachelor's degree or Diploma in engineering preferred - preferably Biomedical/Electronics/ electricals

• Excellent communication skills both listening and speaking

Location- Banglore

• Provide Technical Support for DEVICES- Trouble shooting and diagnosis of problems

• Complete On-Site Diagnostics and Service Calls - onsite site visits as and when

necessary

• Perform Preventative Maintenance - maintain records and regular follow up of

devices

• Generate Problem and Resolution Reports

• Sell and Renew Service Contracts

• Ability to work productively with minimal supervision

• Good communication and customer service skills

• Understanding of tools and technology needed to complete repairs (we provide

tools)

• Open to travelling

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month

Education:

• Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

• total work: 1 year (Preferred)
• Electrical engineering: 1 year (Required)
