Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities
• Oversee daily sales operations, monitor inventory, manage customer relationships, and ensure smooth workflow in the dealership.
• Lead and motivate the sales team, set sales targets, provide guidance and training, and conduct performance reviews.
• Manage budgets, analyze financial data, control expenses, and implement strategies to maximize profitability.
• Ensure excellent customer experience, address customer concerns, handle escalations, and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors.
Expectations
• 4 years experience in auto mobile field is preferred
• Must have leadership qualities and be flexible
• Salary is negotiable for the right candidate
