The Role: We are looking for a Sales and Operations Specialist with a strong background in sales and operations, preferably within the FMCG sector. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about driving sales growth, optimizing operations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will collaborate with various teams to develop and implement strategies that enhance our market presence and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients.
• Manage and optimize day-to-day operations to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
• Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to inform sales and operational decisions.
• Coordinate with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to align efforts and achieve business goals.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service and post-sale support.
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market developments.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience in sales and operations, preferably within the FMCG sector.
• Strong understanding of sales strategies, market analysis, and operational processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Eagerness to take ownership of sales and operational tasks and projects.

• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
