Position Overview:
As an Executive in Sales and operations within the freight forwarding industry, you will support the Sales and Marketing in developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and enhance brand awareness for our freight forwarding services. You will assist in managing sales and marketing activities, coordinating with internal teams, and contributing to the achievement of business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support: Assist in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities by prospecting, networking, and building relationships with potential clients. Support the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and quotations for prospective clients.
Marketing Assistance: Aid in developing marketing strategies and campaigns to promote brand visibility, generate leads, and drive customer engagement. Assist in creating marketing materials, content, and digital assets for various marketing channels.
Client Relationship Management: Support in cultivating and maintaining relationships with existing clients and new clients addressing inquiries, and providing assistance in delivering freight forwarding solutions. Assist in managing client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Sales Reporting and Analysis: Assist in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to track progress against targets and objectives. Provide regular updates to the Sales and Marketing Manager on sales activities, pipeline status, and market trends.
Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, customer service, finance, and logistics, to ensure alignment and coordination in delivering freight forwarding services and supporting sales and marketing initiatives.
Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Sales and Marketing Manager, including scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and managing communications. Assist in organizing events, trade shows, and promotional activities as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or related field.
Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service roles within the freight forwarding or logistics industry preferred.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Willingness to learn and adapt to changing business requirements.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
