- Retail Website Sales:
- Assist in managing and updating product listings on the retail website.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and orders via the website.
- Process online sales transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Monitor and analyze website traffic and sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Telecalling:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce products and services.
- Handle inbound calls from customers, addressing their queries and providing product information.
- Maintain a database of customer interactions and follow-up on leads to generate sales.
- Provide exceptional customer service to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Calling Prospective Customers:
- Identify and reach out to potential customers through various channels (phone, email, social media).
- Present product offerings in a compelling manner to prospective clients.
- Schedule and conduct product demonstrations or consultations with interested prospects.
- Track and report on sales activities and outcomes.
- Operations Work:
- Coordinate with internal team to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Support the operations team with administrative tasks and process improvements.
- Help in organizing handling social media and marketing campaigns.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms and online sales processes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
